[DRAFT FOR REVIEW] This page explains what 911 Medical Billing, a 911 Supply Inc company in British Columbia, collects through this website and what it does with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, practice name, message and, if you give it, your telephone number. We use these only to reply to you.

When you pay an invoice, you enter the invoice number, the patient's last name and, if you choose, an email address for the receipt. We do not ask for or store any medical information.

Card payments

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page, not on this website, and go directly to the doctor's practice. We never see or keep your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Keeping and sharing information

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We keep enquiries and payment records only as long as we need them for the service and for our records.
