01Specialist medical billing · British Columbia

Your billing, kept in good order.

We prepare, submit and reconcile MSP, WorkSafeBC and private insurance claims for specialist physicians, and we follow up on every account until it is settled.

What we handle

Four kinds of billing, one office. Each runs on its own cycle, and each is reconciled against what was actually paid, not what was claimed.

01

MSP billing

Fee-for-service claims to the Medical Services Plan, coded and submitted on your behalf. Rejections are corrected and resubmitted, and every remittance statement is reconciled line by line.

02

WorkSafeBC claims

Claims and reports for injured-worker visits, billed under the WorkSafeBC fee schedule, with the forms completed properly the first time and tracked until they are paid.

03

Private insurance billing

Invoicing to private insurers and third parties for services the Medical Services Plan does not cover, with the supporting paperwork each insurer asks for.

04

Collections

Clear statements and courteous follow-up with uninsured patients, so your practice is paid for its work without straining the relationship with the people who walk through its door.

03How it works

Three steps, then a steady routine.

There is no portal to learn and no software to buy. We fit around how your clinic already runs, and we send one statement a month that you can read in five minutes.

01

Send us your day.

Your clinic sends encounter notes or day sheets the way it already works: an EMR export, a scan, a secure upload. Nothing new to learn at the front desk.

02

We code and submit.

Claims go to MSP, WorkSafeBC or the insurer, correctly coded and inside the deadlines. Rejections come back to us, and we deal with them.

03

You see what was paid.

A plain monthly statement reconciles every claim against the remittance, lists anything outstanding, and says what we are doing about it.

04About us

A small office with a narrow remit.

911 Medical Billing exists to see that specialist physicians in British Columbia are paid correctly, and on time, for the work they do. We are part of 911 Supply Inc, a British Columbia company that has outfitted the province's emergency services since [YEAR]. Billing is a different trade, but the habits carry over: plain dealing, careful paperwork, and a telephone that is answered.

You will deal with the same person each month, and your statement will say what was claimed, what was paid and what is still owed, in that order.
